On one side, Ismael Ivo, dancer, choreographer, and director of the São Paulo City Ballet; on the other, Ingrid Silva, dancer with the Dance Theatre of Harlem. In the program, they discussed the difficulties they faced at the beginning of their careers and the representation they seek to inspire young talents.
