Meet Ruth (Cherry Pie Picache), Celine (Agot Isidro) and Frida (Mylene Dizon)-three of our five Titas whose lives are about to change. Ruth battles frustrations about her husband Oca's (Jay Manalo) lack of ardor, Celine prepares for her son Santi's (Nelsito Gomez) homecoming, while Frida longs for a fresh start after a bad marriage. Meanwhile, The mysterious fourth Tita, Josa (Lorna Tolentino), runs into trouble with the cops. This moves the Titas to rush to the police station, where they meet Josa's daughter Gabbi (Angelica Panganiban). A shakeup in their lives looms ahead.

Ruth, on the other hand, tries to keep her affair under wraps. With their friend off the grid, Ruth, Frida, and Celine console Josa's worried daughter, Gabbi. Meanwhile, Maya receives a marriage proposal.

Reaching the menopausal age, the Titas grow more in denial about their personal issues. Celine confronts Santi about his identity. However, unable to accept the truth, she soon confides her problem to her friends. Ruth, on the other hand, feels an all new kind of sexual attraction as she continues with her love affair. Meanwhile, Gabbi receives an unexpected phone call from Josa. Unknown to her, Maya continues to help her missing friend, even if it means breaking the law.

Things get steamy in Tita land. Ruth realizes she has made a mistake with Pablo. Oca decides to pursue the love of his life. Celine is in denial. Gabbi ends up in bed with a stranger.
