Peter joins the legendary White Helmets at their base at Catterick in Yorkshire for some expert tips on motorbike display riding. Led by Sergeant Fred Alexander , the 30-man team think nothing of leaping over Scorpion tanks or through hoops of fire, but they can't beat their greatest enemy-mud!
