Blade Man – Season 1
Joo Hong Bin has a harsh and twisted personality under the influence of his oppressive father and memories of his failed first love. Not only that, but those wounds have damaged his psyche so that in a state of extreme anger and agitation, sharp spikes like blades come out of his whole body. Hong Bin, unable to forget his first love, Kim Tae Hee, while tracking her down, ends up meeting Son Se Dong. Hong Bin feels drawn to Se Dong, who is confident and upbeat even in front of his harsh self.

Hong Bin finally meets Chang and gets shocked about Tae Hee's alleged death. Se Dong gets mad at Hong Bin.

Hong Bin reaches a point of crisis after blades come out of his body. Luckily, Secretary Go helps him out.

Se Dong learns about Hong Bin and Tae Hee's past. She puts herself at risk by taking a photo of Tae Hee.

Hong Bin finds out about his father instigating thugs to beat Tae Hee in an attempt to take Chang away.
Episode 7
Hong Bin holds Tae Hee's funeral. Conflict arises between Hong Bin and Jang Won. Tears are shed.
Episode 8
As Hong Bin and Se Dong begin their relationship. However, his past suddenly shows up slowly.

Hong Bin saves Hong Joo. Se Dong waits for word from him. Hong Joo causes a disturbance in the family.

A crisis threatens to separate Hong Bin, and this brings back a painful trauma from the past.

Hong Bin begins to open his heart towards Chang. However, Hong Bin increasingly gets tracked by detectives.

Se Dong learns that father of Hong Bin was the CEO of the company. Hong Bin is unaware of the situation.

Hong Bin is angered once again by Jang Won's ambitions. Madame Yoon plans her revenge over him.

Hong Bin hears from Hong Joo that Tae Hee is still alive. He now hurriedly runs to her immediately.
Episode 15
Hong Bin is reunited with Tae Hee and confirms his love for Se Dong. Se Dong fears that he'd leave her.
Episode 16
Hong Bin saves Tae Hee from kidnappers. He takes her to a hospital, where he meets Se Dong.
Episode 17
Hong Bin and Se Dong make the decision to break up. Tae Hee feels sorry for the two and hides from them.
Episode 18
Hong Bin has his broken heart hidden from daylight. He nurses Tae Hee with the best care he can provide.
