It's Bill's youngest daughter Ines' first birthday and the kids decorate her birthday cake tower. Bill and his wife then have an intimate drinks party on their terrace.

Decadent can mean many things when it comes to food - it can be rich and traditional or lighter and drawing on the freshest seasonal produce. Bill creates a modern Sunday lunch.
Long Hot Days
