And in Los Angeles, two sisters, on their way to see their father for the first time in 35 years, begin celebrating a little early, and may not be allowed to board their plane.

A family of six is told that only five seats are available on their flight; a blind man waits to meet his blind date; a customer loses her ticket.

In Chicago, a staffer awaits a brother returning from fighting in Iraq.
