Joining regular team captains Matt Dawson and Phil Tufnell are four Olympic hopefuls: athlete Andy Turner, modern pentathlete Heather Fell, gymnast Louis Smith and Taekwondo hopeful Sarah Stevenson. Also featured is a special kayak race on Salford Quays.
