Biography

Vickey Dempsey Burns (April 1, 1954 - March 26, 2024) became interested in acting in elementary school and continued to pursue this love until the end. She attended Sam Houston State University and in 1977 and she earned a BFA in Theatre with a Teaching Certificate in Theatre and English.
