Biography
Tất Bình (full name Đặng Tất Bình, b. 16 August 1949 in Hanoi) is a Vietnamese actor and director, and the former director of the Feature Film Studio 1. Before starting his career in film, he worked as a theater actor and a voice actor. Tất Bình began gaining recognition through his first role onscreen, as inspector Phương in the film "The Last Hope" (Hy vọng cuối cùng, d. Trần Phương, 1981).
