Biography

Surendra Sradhanand (Soerinder) Rambocus (Nickerie, 5 May 1953 – Paramaribo, 8 December 1982) was a Surinamese military officer. He was the mastermind behind the coup of March 1982 against the then dictator of Suriname, Desi Bouterse, named after him, and was executed for this during the December Murders.
