Sally Nugent is a prominent English journalist and television presenter, currently best known as one of the main anchors of BBC Breakfast. As of early 2026, she continues to lead the flagship morning show from Monday to Wednesday, a role she has held permanently since October 2021 following the departure of Louise Minchin.
