Biography
Robin Tamang was a prominent Nepalese singer, musician, and actor, best known as the front man of the rock band Robin and The New Revolution. Born in Singapore in 1963 to a British Army family, he spent his childhood moving between Hong Kong, Singapore, and Brunei. He was deeply influenced by rock acts like Jimi Hendrix and Deep Purple during his school years. While studying at Humber College in Toronto during the mid-1980s, he formed his second band called Tamang. He returned to Nepal in 1996 ...
