Roberta Joseph Hayes was born on June 9, 1966. She was a victim of serial killer Gary Ridgway, better-known as the "Green River Killer.". She was last seen on February 7, 1987, when she was released from the custody of the Portland, Oregon, Police Department after an arrest for prostitution. It was believed that she was headed back to Seattle.
