Ram Charan (born Konidela Ram Charan Teja; 27 March, 1985) is an Indian actor, film producer, and entrepreneur who works predominantly in Telugu cinema. The son of actor Chiranjeevi, he made his feature-film debut in Puri Jagannadh's action film *Chirutha* (2007), for which he received the Filmfare Award for Best Male Debut – South and the Nandi Special Jury Award.
