Paris Rose Newton is an actress best known for playing the role of Franny Gallagher on Showtime's hit show Shameless. She has played William H Macy's granddaughter on the show for three seasons, starting in season 9 through the final season 11. Paris is an American based actress working primarily in Los Angeles, California.
