Biography
Dr Lynette Nusbacher is a strategist and Devil's advocate. She was Devil's Advocate to Britain's Joint Intelligence Committee and founded the Cabinet Office's national security horizon scanning unit. She was a military historian at The Royal Military Academy Sandhurst where she was Senior Lecturer in War Studies.
