Biography
Louie played the role of Oskar in "The Regime", a limited 6 episode miniseries for HBO directed by Sir Stephen Frears and Jessica Hobbs. Louie appeared in 5 of the 6 episodes and filmed alongside Kate Winslet and Andrea Riseborough for the majority of his scenes. The Regime was released in Spring 2024.
