Biography

Born and raised in KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa, Lentswe Bhengu has always expressed a keen interest in food and dining since his early teens. After a career in the investment finance industry, in 2010 he exchanged his suit and tie for a chef's jacket when he enrolled at the prestigious The Culinary Academy in the Cape Winelands, ultimately graduating as a profession chef underwritten by City and Guilds.
