Biography
Kartal Tibet (27 March 1939, Ankara - 1 July 2021) was a Turkish actor, director, screenwriter and producer. He took part in nearly two hundred movies and TV series as actor, director and screenwriter. In cinema, he first played the lead role in the comic book adaptations Karaoğlan and Tarkan adventure films. In the 1970s, he shared the lead roles with many actors including Hülya Koçyiğit, Türkan Şoray, Fatma Girik, Hale Soygazi and Filiz Akın. Tibet made his directorial debut in 1977 with Tosu...
