Jordan Leftwich is an actress, international model, and ambassador for the Crohn's and Colitis foundation. She has Crohn's disease but doesn't let it stop her from following her dreams and doing anything a normal person can do. She started modeling around the age of 5 and later in life decided to pursue her dreams of acting. At the age of 14, she flew to Spain and did a campaign for Miu Miu with Bella Hadid, two years later she walked for Valentino during Paris Fashion Week at only 16 years old ...
