From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia Joseph John Lando (born December 9, 1961 in Prairie View, Illinois) is an American actor, most recognizable for playing Byron Sully on the TV series Dr. Quinn Medicine Woman. Lando attended Stevenson High School in Lincolnshire, Illinois.
