Jennifer Grey (born March 26, 1960) is an American actress. She made her acting debut in the film Reckless (1984) and had her breakthrough in the teen comedy  Ferris Bueller's Day Off (1986). She earned worldwide fame starring as Frances "Baby" Houseman in the romantic drama film Dirty Dancing (1987), for which she received a Golden Globe Award nomination.
