Hailing from Maryland, Jasmine Ashanti earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre from Temple University and went on to receive a Master of Fine Arts in Acting from UC-San Diego. Jasmine's career began with a string of impressive performances in a wide range of theater productions.
