Isabelle Sophie Emilie Blais (born June 21, 1975) is a Canadian film and television actress and singer. Born in Trois-Rivières, Quebec, Blais is a graduate of the Montreal campus of the Conservatoire de musique et d’art dramatique du Québec. She first attracted critical attention for her stage performance as Juliet in Romeo and Juliet, and in 2001 for her role in Soft Shell Man directed by André Turpin.
