Dame Harriett Mary Morison Baldwin DBE, is a British Conservative Party politician who has served as Member of Parliament for West Worcestershire since 2010 and Shadow Minister for Development since July 2024. She was Minister of State for Africa and International Development between January 2018 and July 2019.
