Giorgi Pipia (born June 3, 1953, Tbilisi, Georgian SSR - died February 12, 2012) was a Georgian physician (surgeon), scientist, candidate of medical sciences, and professor of medical sciences 1. He was born on June 3, 1953 in Tbilisi. In 1979, he graduated from the Tbilisi State Medical Institute. From 1979 to 1981, he worked at the Ordinatura of the Moscow II Medical Institute. From 1981 to 1983, he was a senior laboratory assistant at the Institute of Medical Education, and from 1983 to 1988...
