Gioia Bruno is an Italian-born American popular music singer, most noted as a member of the vocal group Exposé. Bruno developed a benign tumor on her vocal cords in August of 1990, preventing her from being able to sing, and for the group's third album, she was replaced by Kelly Moneymaker, who continued until Bruno had fully recovered in 1997.
