Christopher Jacob Abbott (born February 10, 1986) is an American actor. He is known for his work in television, independent films, and theatre. In 2011, he made his feature film debut in Martha Marcy May Marlene and his Broadway debut in the revival of the play The House of Blue Leaves. He then gained recognition for his role as Charlie in the HBO series Girls.
