A Rutgers University graduate with a Bachelors Degree in communications, Mr. Garcia has worked as a TV director, cameraman, videotape editor and sound engineer, in the New York City area, alongside such celebrities as Howard Stern, Matt Lauer, Joe Franklin, Jackie Mason, Joan Rivers, Whoopie Goldberg and Frankie Avalon, among many others.
