Rudi André (André, Ampie) Kamperveen (Paramaribo, September 27, 1924 – Paramaribo, December 8, 1982) was a Surinamese footballer, sports administrator, politician, and businessman. In 1982, he was one of the fifteen victims of the December Murders.
