Overview

He denies the charge, but the bullet removed from the Chief's body matches the bullet from Kumada's gun, and the situation becomes increasingly unfavourable. Just then, Kumada receives a threatening phone call on his mobile phone, threatening to assassinate the Governor of Tokyo. Furthermore, a war breaks out between the Black Dragon and the Kinugawa clan...
