KIRAC 30: Blasphemy Against Woman

Overview

A gathering of dilettantes and professors made their way to the courthouse to witness a sublime travesty: the state prosecuting artist Ben Lunato for blasphemy against the god of our age: woman. The result is a courtroom trying to decide whether sacred images are still allowed to be mocked. This film shows the trial in full. Law professor Bart Jansen explains how the law attempts to colonise reality and art.
