This is a bottom of the barrel film made by amateurs. I can only assume some kindergarten kids were given a camera and told to make a western. A small town is taken over by outlaws, the sheriff hires Jesse James to infiltrate the gang and stop them. Kevin Sorbo tells the the story in flashback…
