Overview

A group of school students falls victim to a criminal gang that drugs and harasses them, recording the abuse for blackmail. After tragically losing his wife and daughters, a man channels his grief into a pursuit of justice. He becomes a police inspector and sets out to dismantle the mob responsible, determined to end their reign of terror.
