Overview

An escalating turf war between the Bloods and the Salvadorians gets personal after a young professional couple ventures into a dangerous neighborhood, and become the victims of an unspeakable crime. Later, as the stakes get higher and the violence continues to spread, the man who survived that harrowing attack returns to settle the score.
