Overview

When Lotti Latrous's husband, a wealthy engineer, took a job in the AIDS-stricken Ivory Coast, she began a much-needed clinic to try to stem the tide of the disease. When he was transferred to Egypt, Lotti stayed behind to continue saving lives.
