Overview

The car of successful businesswoman Galina Kuptsova is involved in an accident. But this tragic event brings no sorrow to her relatives, who rush to identify the body so they can bury her as quickly as possible. What awaits them next is an inheritance so vast it takes their breath away. Galina’s former subordinate, Eduard Kholodkov, is equally delighted by his boss’s death — now he can finally close a truly lucrative deal with a swindler and line his own pockets. Kuptsova had always stood in the way of his commercial ambitions. There is only one person who refuses to believe in Kuptsova’s death — private detective Nikolai. He launches his own investigation, which leads to staggering revelations.
